synopsis
Polka, who visits the Shinoyama family with Misaki, meets relatives of the Shinoyama family, such as "Mikoto Shinoyama".
Polka's father, Rosan Shinoyama, finds out that it is not Polka himself and is questioned, but he senses that Kazuki and Shigetsu are in danger and sets out to rescue them.
Two years ago, on the orders of his relative Goro, the "fire-breathing insect" that killed Ryohi's two older sisters was aiming for the twins' lives this time.
The twins are cornered by the flames, but Misaki and Polka rescue them.
Flame characters are carved on the ceiling of the patrol car with the fire-breathing insects caught by the police.
It was the message left behind by the "real" fire-breathing insect.
The frightened "fake" fire-breathing insect's body is enveloped in flames.
